RPK+ ハイポイドギヤ減速機
高い出力と精度をコンパクトな設計で実現
Premium 遊星歯車減速機 RP+ は、補強されたベアリングと特殊な出力インターフェイスによって、ラック&ピニオンに最適ですが、そこにハイポイドギヤ付き直交軸バージョンの RPK+ が登場しました。ハイポイドギヤ減速機の軸のオフセットにより、1つのセクションで両方の減速比が高くなり (減速比 = 3 - 10)、ベベルギヤ減速機よりも高いトルクが実現します。また、高いトルク密度により、非常にコンパクトでスペースを取らない設計が実現します。減速機の高いレベルの位置決め精度と非常に円滑な動作が確保されているため、減速機のかみあい周波数やねじれ剛性という点でも極めて優れています。
