Die Ingenieure von WITTENSTEIN alpha haben die Auslegungssoftware cymex® grundlegend neu entwickelt. Resultat ist ein Auslegungstool, das in jeder Hinsicht Maßstäbe setzt. Mit cymex® 5 erfolgt die Dimensionierung und Auslegung des gesamten Antriebsstrangs (Applikation + Transformation + Getriebe + Motor) jetzt schneller, einfacher und sicherer als je zuvor. Durch vordefinierte Standardapplikationen wird die Berechnung erheblich erleichtert. Die Berücksichtigung aller maßgeblichen Einflussfaktoren gewährleistet eine effiziente Auslegung und steigert den Wirkungsgrad der Maschine.

cymex® 5 dispone della nuovissima funzione master-slave:
questa funzione consente di configurare due trasmissioni collegate elettricamente. L'alimentazione reciproca di master e slave elimina il gioco nella catena cinematica e assicura una maggiore rigidezza della macchina. In tal modo è possibile ottenere un considerevole aumento della dinamica.


cymex® 5 dispone di un'esclusiva funzione di ottimizzazione
L'intera catena cinematica può essere ottimizzata sulla base dei dati motore. Durante il dimensionamento, la funzione presenta proposte di ottimizzazione per il riduttore selezionato. Ciò aumenta l'efficienza e la sicurezza. Il downsizing consente di ridurre i costi ed evita che il riduttore sia sovra o sottodimensionato.
